§ 10.03.050. Violations—Simple misdemeanors

Any person violating or failing to comply with any requirement of this chapter shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor. Any person convicted of a simple misdemeanor pursuant to this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars or by imprisonment not to exceed thirty days.
