§ 5.52.010. License required

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to operate over any of the streets or avenues of the city of Centerville, any jitney buses or other motor vehicles engaged in carrying passengers for hire on a plan similar to that followed by street railway companies, unless such person, firm or corporation shall apply for and be granted a license in the manner and form as provided in this chapter, and shall operate the type of buses or other motor vehicles as required by the terms and provisions of this Chapter.
