§ 8.24.030. Curfew established

(a) No minor fifteen years of age or younger shall be in any public place during the following times:

(1) Sunday—Thursday: ten p.m.—five a.m. each day;

(2) Friday—Saturday: eleven p.m.—five a.m. each day.

(b) No minor sixteen through seventeen years of age shall be in any public place during the following times:

(1) Sunday—Thursday: eleven p.m.—five a.m. each day;

(2) Friday—Saturday: Midnight—five a.m. each day.
